At Hii Stories, we understand that plans can change and we want to make the cancellation process as easy as possible for you. If you cancel your tour before 3 days of the tour start date, we will provide a full refund of your booking amount/advance. However, please note that if your tour includes hotel bookings, we will not be able to refund the hotel booking amount.

When booking your tour with Hii Stories, we recommend that you pay at least 25% of the tour amount in advance as a deposit. Please note that the tour booking amount does not include hotel reservations. If you would like to include hotel bookings in your tour, please provide the full, non-refundable hotel booking amount separately.

Please note that lunch and dinner are not included in the tour package. However, our team is more than happy to provide recommendations for dining options. We have a range of high-end and royal experiences to choose from, such as Bar Palladio, Townsend, Vegetarian Grill, Shikar Bagh, Jai Mahal, Sante, and many more. All of these restaurants are sure to provide a memorable dining experience during your tour.
